A lifelong resident of New Zealand, Robin Brooke is an accomplished rugby player and business owner. Robin Brooke attended Mahurangi College in Warkworth, where he excelled in both academics and sports. Selected as Sportsman of the Year on several occasions, Robin Brooke set numerous school records in discus and shot put. Robin Brooke utilized his natural athletic talent to the utmost degree on the rugby field, earning a position on the National Team tour of the United Kingdom in 1984. From 1992 to 1999, Robin Brooke played for New Zealand’s national rugby team, the All Blacks, participating in two World Cup competitions. Over the course of his professional rugby career, Robin Brooke shared the field with his older brother Zinzan, who is also a well-known sports personality. In 2003, Robin Brooke was presented with the opportunity to pursue his lifelong dream of owning a business. That year, Robin Brooke purchased Milford New World, a supermarket in Auckland, New Zealand. As the owner of Milford New World, Robin Brooke oversaw the store’s everyday activities, quickly amassing an extensive understanding of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) retailing. After three years directing Milford New World, Robin Brooke purchased another supermarket, Gate Pa New World. Located in Tauranga, New Zealand, Gate Pa New World employs a team of 150. Robin Brooke is dedicated to providing all of his customers with the highest quality goods and services, and his enthusiastic staff members ensure that his standards of excellence are met on a daily basis. Currently, Robin Brooke is in the process of finalizing another business venture. In the near future, Robin Brooke intends to sell Gate Pa New World and invest his energy in Warkworth New World, a FMCG grocery outlet located three hours north of his current residence. Robin Brooke looks forward to spending time managing day-to-day operations at Warkworth New World, as the supermarket is located in the town where he grew up.
