About Rory Vogel

Rory Vogel was employed as an office and marketing assistant at Supreme Brands Inc. beginning her career at this Montclair, New Jersey-based household brands company in 2009. In her position, Rory Vogel evaluated new products for accuracy in packaging and ingredients. Rory Vogel conducted competitive product comparisons, prepared reports, and assessed claims. In addition, Rory Vogel motivated the Supreme Brands team.

Rory Vogel recently left this position to pursue her education at Bergen Community College in Paramus, New Jersey where she is pursuing a liberal arts degree. Upon completion of her studies at Essex County College, Rory Vogel plans to attend a culinary school to become a chef.

Besides cooking, Rory Vogel is passionate reading. Among Rory Vogel’s favorite books are Stephen King’s Carrie, Cujo, and The Shining; John Grisham’s The Associate; Chuck Palahniuk’s Choke, Fight Club, and Invisible Monsters; Richard Matheson’s I Am Legend and The Shrinking Man; Oscar Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Grey; and Dante Alighieri’s epic fourteenth-century poem, The Divine Comedy.

A lifelong animal lover, Rory Vogel’s many pets over the years have included cats, dogs, hamsters, iguanas, frogs, toads, and fish. Rory Vogel also enjoys bowling, listening to popular music, and watching movies, especially horror, science fiction, thrillers, mysteries, and dramas.

Ms. Vogel supports the World Wildlife Fund, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, and the American Civil Liberties Union.
