Rosicki Rosicki & Associates

Emphasizing a long-term perspective, Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C. (RR&A) is a New York mortgage banking law practice. Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates, P.C.’s areas of expertise include bankruptcy, evictions, foreclosure, collections, and closings. All services are available to clients across the country through the firm’s dedicated National Default Services Department.

RR&A’s roots extend to 1990, when founding partner Cynthia Rosicki built on past experience with a mortgage foreclosure firm and began representing private clients in legal matters related to mortgages. Supported by close family members, she opened a small practice in the Williamsburg area of Brooklyn, eventually shifting focus to institutional clients. Taking responsibilities as of-counsel with another law practice, Ms. Rosicki moved her office location to Long Island.

Tom Rosicki came to the firm with diverse experience as FBI Agent, Deputy Commissioner of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission, and Vice President Director of Security for Macy’s. Combining respective skills and aptitudes, the two partners formed Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates as a firm embodying progressive and inclusive values. Today RR&A has four partners and three offices throughout New York State, including a main office in Plainview.

With a strong community commitment, RR&A supports AHRC Nassau, which serves individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Long Island. In December 2011, volunteers from the law firm hosted the annual Winter Wonderland Christmas party, which featured music, food, crafts, and surprise visits from Santa Claus and his snowman. Rosicki, Rosicki & Associates additionally supports the Jim Kelly’s Hunter’s Hope Foundation, notably hosting a March, 2012, fundraiser in Buffalo for the Krabbe disease-focused organization.
