RSA Academy classes are aimed at aspiring singers and actors interested in breaking into the contemporary music and entertainment fields, and go well beyond the traditional talent school basics. In addition to basic vocal and rock and pop vocal instruction, singing students can choose from classes on song writing, dance, studio recording, stage presence, and live stage performance. To meet the demands made on modern recording artists, the RSA Academy rounds out the curriculum for singers with classes on television and radio media training, photo shoot training, television live performance and music video training, image and style training, and red carpet training for award winning moments. Prospective actors will learn fundamental skills such as cold reading, improvisation, and audition styles. The RSA Academy also offers courses on dialects, voice-overs, and character development. Acting students can participate in special effects training, on-set television training, three camera format training, as well as publicity and marketing basics. Facilities include a cutting edge recording studio. RSA Academy co-founder Adam Hurstfield is an award winning Canadian songwriter and music producer. The Executive Vice President of RockSTAR Music Corp., Adam’s experience in working with artists such as Lady Gaga, Sean Kingston, Jesse McCartney, and 50 Cent provides RSA Academy students with first-hand insights into the entertainment industry.
