FRANCIS Sabastine Dekaa is a seasoned statistician. He holds a master of science degree in Mathematical Statistics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Satellite Meteorology and Global Climate. He is currently with the Nigerian Meteorological Agency as a Meteorologist in the Climate Services Division, providing statistical support into Climate Modeling, Monitoring, Analysis, Interpretation and Prediction.
