Samuel is a third year law student at NYU specializing in tax policy. Immediate prior to law school, Samuel obtained a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall in ‘02 as a Truman Scholar, Samuel worked for the Insitute for Policy Studies in Washington, DC and as a Logistics Management Specialist at Department of State.
