Sandi Hammons is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, CEO, author, and pioneer. As the creator of Premier Pigments in 1987—the top name in pigments for permanent cosmetics—Sandi Hammons developed the perfect natural pigments to use in permanent cosmetics procedures, after tireless research. When she discovered the pigments now marketed as Premier Pigments, she was pleased to find that they kept their original brilliance even over time. At this moment, Sandi Hammons took the first steps on her journey towards being the leader in the permanent cosmetics field.

Four short years after founding Premier Pigments, Sandi Hammons went on to establish the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics. At the AIIC, Sandi Hammons has instructed over 15 thousand skincare professionals in the application of permanent cosmetics. In addition to being the first school of its kind, the AIIC is also host to the annual International Intradermal Cosmetics Expo, which is the world’s largest exposition for permanent cosmetic procedures.

Sandi Hammons is also the founder of the Sandi Hammons Charitable Foundation, an organization she created to provide support to children and women who are victims of domestic violence. As a child abuse survivor herself, it is a cause that is close to Sandi Hammons’ heart. She has made a career out of caring for others, and it was a natural next step that Sandi Hammons found the Alliance for Safe Practice, an organization designed to regulate the permanent cosmetic industry and enact industry-wide safety standards.

In 2007, Sandi Hammons created her latest business venture: Sandi Hammons Seminars. With Sandi Hammons Seminars, Ms. Hammons speaks to professionals of all walks of life, motivating them to, much like she has, rise above their circumstances and achieve their dreams.
