Scott Fish attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, until 1984, during which time he pursued athletics by playing football. In addition to gaining numerous skills on the field, Scott Fish also served as a coach under the guidance of the school’s Head Coach, and coached the junior varsity team during his last year of his undergraduate career. Today, Scott Fish continues to pass on his own love and appreciation of athletics by supporting various efforts to preserve athletic outlets in his local community. More specifically, Scott Fish acquired A-Game Sportsplex in Franklin, Tennessee, using his own funds to purchase the 110,000 square foot facility. The facility was losing money on operational costs every month, but Scott Fish was able to save it from impending closure by making improvements and operational changes. Scott Fish completed the construction of multiple courts for basketball and volleyball practice as well. Scott Fish also supports a number of other philanthropic or community-based entities, including the Boys and Girls Club, the Franklin Police Department, and the Elks Lodge located in Greeley, Colorado. Today, Scott Fish plays a pivotal role as the Principal of UP Development, a major development and redevelopment company working primarily with clients in the southeastern United States.
