Salvage diver Scott Soutter has assisted on numerous dives, recovering a multitude of valuable goods sunken to the ocean floor. In addition to being a skilled diver, Scott Soutter is also an expert in many other trades that aid his role as a salvage diver. Mr. Soutter is a seasoned boilermaker, having worked for a number of years in the construction profession for numerous shipping, ship construction, and home construction companies in Australia, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia. Scott Soutter has also worked as a supervisor on many construction projects throughout his 27-year career. He has supervised crewmen from all around the world, and he speaks intermediate levels of Arabic, Portuguese, and Indonesian. His propensity for foreign languages, combined with his enthusiastic and personable nature, make Scott Soutter a natural leader who is respected by both shareholders and his crewmembers. Due to the high level of respect the company directors and share holders have for him, Scott Soutter has been asked to provide evidence for legal proceedings on behalf of companies that have employed him. Mr. Soutter has also been asked to investigate business liabilities on behalf of shareholders. Currently, Mr. Soutter has a high level of dealings with private investigation firms. He has previously been sent to both the Philippines and Indonesia to compile facts for cases. On an as-needed basis, Scott Soutter has over the last 22 years taken on positions as a contracted salvage diver, survey salvage diver, project supervisor and company representative in many parts of the world.
