Sean Alexander Mayse currently acts as Group Sales Manager at Vision One Hospitality Consultants, LLC, based out of Kissimmee, Florida. Vision One Hospitality Consultants is a firm dedicated to providing quality third-party management services for people or companies who own lodging properties.

Sean Mayse graduated in 2009 from The Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Minor in Business. He is currently working toward his Master of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida Rosen College of Hospitality Management and expects to graduate in the spring of 2012.

To supplement his academic experience, Sean Mayse completed a management internship with Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. He collaborated with the department managers and acquired invaluable experience working with the VIP check-in desk, food and beverage service, housekeeping, sales and marketing, finance, and security. His professional experience also includes a position as a Doorman at Miller’s Ale House and as a Bartender at Liquid Bar & Grill, both in Orlando, Florida, in 2009 and 2010. He received basic mixology training at ABC Bartending School in 2009. Sean Mayse also worked as a Lifeguard in the summers of 2004, 2005, and 2006 at the Hard Rock Hotel, where he earned designation as the department Employee of the Month.

Sean Mayse holds membership in Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International and Professional Convention Management Association. He volunteered at Gretchen Everhart School from 2007 to 2009 and was a participant in Zeta Tau Alpha’s Race to Live, a 5K race held with the goal of raising money and awareness for breast cancer research. Mayse volunteered at a dance marathon at Florida State University to raise funds for the cause as well.

When not working or studying, Sean Mayse enjoys spending time at the lake and the beach wakeboarding, surfing, and swimming. Some of his other hobbies include motorcycling; reading; snowboarding; biking; and playing soccer, football, and basketball.
