- Co-Author of Patent (US70762475) – for Personalized Multi-Service Computer Environment – system and method for tracking a user history for presentation thereof in a web browser display.
- Former Co-Founder and Interim President at Sneakers.com – Mr. Elliott focused on conceptualization and attracted experienced senior management and Board of Directors (including former CEO of The Sports Authority, former Chairman and CEO of K-Mart and Vice Chairman of The North Face) of this start-up. He also managed the seed and Series A financing rounds totaling $4+ million.
- Former Board Member of Copyright Control Services – Mr. Elliott served as Director and advisor. He secured $1 million in financing and represented the company in its $25 million sale to a NASDAQ traded digital rights management firm.
- Former CFO for Double Agent – Mr. Elliott coordinated financial business model and managed $3+ million of angel financing.
- Former Medical Software Company Advisor – Mr. Elliott performed valuation analysis and offered strategic business consulting to a medical software company, culminating in an investment at suggested valuation by a principal of Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers
- Financing Advisory – Mr. Elliott has successfully worked with companies to obtain more than $125 million of growth financing.
