Shawn is a former political and governmental affairs consultant and strategist, and community development consultant. He is also a veteran of the US Marine Corps, A visionary social-entrepreneur, has founded or co-founded several community organizations, and has served on several boards of non-profit organizations. A Philadelphia native, Shawn earned his Masters degree in Strategic Leadership Towards Sustainability from the Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden and his Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
