He has also held responsibility for the design and reporting of more than 900 studies regarding reproductive and developmental toxicity, immunotoxicity, environmental toxicity, and inhalation as a Study Director.

Shayne Gad has served on boards and panels for professional organizations seeking his expertise on various topics. He was a member of the Neurotoxicology Panel for the Science Advisory Board for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He also sat on the Neurotoxicology Risks Assessment Review Panel and the Neurotoxicity Test Guidelines Panel for the EPA. Furthermore, Mr. Gad remains affiliated with the Center for Alternatives to Animal Testing and the American College of Toxicology.
