Shriya is interested in conflating the fields of art and design with medical and social science research to address urban public health. She has a BA in International Development Studies and an MA in International Affairs with a focus on Cities and Urbanization. In fall 2009 she will begin an MPH at Columbia University, exploring the role of visualizing epidemiological data for compelling, evidence-based public health advocacy.
