Sierra Nielsen is a senior at Vanderbilt majoring in Psychology with a minor in Corporate Strategy. This native of Lincoln, Nebraska came to Vanderbilt and started off as the feature twirler on the Vanderbilt Danceline. She is a Coca Scholar, and a member of several honor societies at Vanderbilt. Sierra is also an active member of Kappa Delta sorority and is involved with the Senior Class Fund Organization. She was the 2007 summer Executive Public Affairs intern at State Farm insurance and is currently the assistant to the Vice-Chancellor of University Development at Vanderbilt. Upon her impending May 2008 graduation, she is entertaining the thought of working abroad in Australia for a period of time.
