Simon is currently am a Team Leader/Client Services Manager for Symphony Services. In addition to managing a small support team, he also has primary Account Management responsibilities for some of Symphony’s most complex and demanding customers, including Verizon Business and Pfizer.

He recently worked for Digital Citizen (a joint venture between PassAlong Networks and Zango), which was dissolved due to funding. His role in this joint venture was project managing the development of an advertising-supported online music service, project managing and running the operations of the company, and acting as a reporting analyst.

Prior to being spun out to the joint venture, he was leading sales activities with promotions/advertising agencies for PassAlong Networks.

Simon now lives in Austin, Texas. He moved to Austin as his wife has finished residency at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital and now works for Dell Children’s Hospital. He has lived in Austin since July 2008.

Prior to Austin, he lived in Nashville where he moved to from San Antonio. In San Antonio, he worked for Rackspace Managed Hosting, a technology company that has experienced explosive growth. While at Rackspace, he learned the value of doing whatever it takes for the customer, and the importance of an organization to be both customer and employee focused. He was able to move up and have many different experiences at Rackspace, including managing one of the customer care teams for the Enterprise Division, and being an Account Manager leading the relationships with some of the company’s largest and most complex accounts. He also helped to lead the team for the Enterprise division that was managing an implementation of the Onyx CRM. While at Rackspace, he won their “Fanatic” award for exemplary performance, and was also mentioned in an article in “FastCompany” magazine (http://www.fastcompany.com/magazine/83/open_cuckoo.html).

He went to school at The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, where he received a BSBA at the Kenan Flagler Business School, a top 10 undergraduate program.

He also worked for 1.5 years with Healthstream (www.healthstream.com), a leading healthcare e-learning company in Nashville. While there, he managed relationships with some of their largest, most complicated accounts, including Tenet, Sutter, Baxter, Roche, Cardinal Health, and Medtronic.

Simon has worked in a variety of management and individual contributor positions at companies including Worldwide Express, Adam’s Mark Hotel, San Antonio, PassAlong Networks, Digital Citizen, Healhstream, Rackspace and OpenSite Technologies/Siebel Systems.

Simon was born in Asheville, NC and now resides in Nashville, TN. He is Married with no children. In his spare time Simon enjoys Reading, Spending time with his wife, and Watching Carolina Basketball.
