Mr. Sridhar Bearelly is a remarkably educated finance executive who has been recognized numerous times for his efficiency and dedication to serving clients. Mr. Bearelly began his professional career at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he worked as an Associate from 1995 to 1997. At the New York-based firm, Mr. Bearelly’s focused on derivatives and structured finance.

Later, Mr. Sridhar Bearelly went on to join Lehman Brothers Inc., where he served as Vice President until 1999. At Lehman Brothers’ New York Office, Mr. Bearelly’s responsibilities included the execution of cash flow and market value transactions. Mr. Bearelly’s primary focus as Vice President of Lehman Brothers was on managed CDO structures and proprietary transactions.

In 2000, Sridhar Bearelly relocated to London from New York leading to his next position at Lehman Brothers, Managing Director at Lehman Brothers International. As Managing Director, Mr. Bearelly further developed his already high level of experience in structuring, origination, marketing, and risk management of CDOs. Currently, Sridhar Bearelly is Managing Director for ZAIS Group International, and resides in London.

Mr. Sridhar Bearelly has benefited enormously from the education he received at such quality institutions as Stanford University and Brandeis University, as they help him carry out the numerous responsibilities of his professional career. Mr. Bearelly earned his Bachelor’s degree Magna cum laude in Economics from Boston, Massachusetts’ Brandeis University in 1992. He went on to receive his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California in 1995. Sridhar Bearelly is credited as a co-founder of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business and Finance.
