I guess this is supposed to be written in the third person, but everyone on this site is aware that we all write our own bios, and it seems somewhat narcissistic not to acknowledge that, so I’m going to dare and bend the rules a bit. That’s just how I role…bending rules… I’m a 28 year old USC graduate, originally from Michigan which is “somewhere in the middle”. I’m now living the “dream” in Los Angeles as a Writer for TV and Film. I write comedy which is ironic because I tend to believe I have a very dark soul (ew, I can’t believe I said “dark soul” in my own bio). Irony is a good time. I’m not too fond of deja vu and don’t care much for the concept of fate, but irony, I get a kick out of, and it’s ironic that I write comedy. My therapist says I arm myself with a wicked sense of humor for the sole purpose of avoiding true human connection… Whatevs. Maybe I just like to make people laugh. I pretend to read the New York Times, but I’m really only reading the captions which I think do a great job of summarizing the bullshit. I like to think of myself as an environmentalist, but I’d still buy a Range Rover if I could afford the gas. And I call myself a chauvinistic feminist because I have to have my cake and eat it too. I don’t have pets because I am still concentrating on being able to feed, bathe and exercise myself. When I accomplish that, I’ll think about getting a dog. I love my family and enjoy rainy days and I had to look up the correct spelling of “exercise” while writing this bio. It’s nice to meet all of you…
