As President of Delson Ginsberg Real Estate for 2 decades, Stanley Ginsberg exhibited extensive abilities in sales and leases and ultimately represented nearly 30 attractive new offerings and hundreds of re-sale properties. Stanley Ginsberg’s success in the role propelled him towards his present position, which he assumed in 2007. As Senior Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman Real Estate, a leading NYC real estate group with the most successful four offices in the Prudential network, Stanley Ginsberg consistently satisfies the needs of the firm and his clientele alike with the representation and sale of sought-after units in locations including TriBeCa, Chelsea, the West Village, and Flatiron. The three-time recipient of the Prudential Real Estate Chairman’s Circle Award, Stanley Ginsberg frequently contributes his expertise to large media sources including Broker’s Weekly. Stanley Ginsberg sits as a long time member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the area’s leading trade association founded more than a century ago. A New Yorker himself for many years, Stanley Ginsberg employs a love of the city and its culture to every sale he undertakes. Most recently, Stanley Ginsberg represented and sold a 4-bedroom condominium in TriBeCa’s The Sugar Loaf Building, a 4,100 square foot property in the Flatiron District, and a 2-bedroom cooperative in Chelsea’s the Jensen Lewis Building. Outside of his professional appointments, Stanley Ginsberg enjoys spending time with his wife and son at the beach.
