A dynamic and energetic senior management executive, Stefan Erdtmann holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Sales and speaks several languages fluently. For 25 years, he has held positions of increasing responsibility, quickly rising to the upper management level, where he continues to serve as Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director of three firms. Stefan Erdtmann possesses international experience and key competencies in a number of areas, including business development, marketing, strategic planning, finance and accounting, and team development.

Since 1990, Stefan Erdtmann has held a partnership in Hausverwaltung Gebrüder Erdtmann in Krefeld, Germany. In 1994, he also became General Manager of VIVUM Immobilien Treuhand & Verwaltungs-GmbH in Krefeld. One year later, Stefan Erdtmann cofounded with his brother a real estate development company, United Properties Immobilien & Anlagen GmbH in Krefeld. In 6 years, the company has purchased and sold more than 400 apartments and presently handles a portfolio exceeding 350 apartments. In 1999, he added CEO and major shareholder of AcasA Wohnwerte GmbH in Düsseldorf to his list of duties. The development company acquires land and builds single-family residences.

In Krefeld, Stefan Erdtmann also has acted as Managing Director of Oxygen2 Investments since 1998. The Berkeley, California-based firm offers allocation, asset management, and investment services for international clients, including arranging and implementing financial partnerships and providing real estate and equity advisory services. Stefan Erdtmann, a founder of the company, oversees the daily operations of the German branch office, such as managing key accounts and conducting market research and sales activities.

In addition to his academic credentials, Stefan Erdtmann holds certification as a chartered accountant and as a real estate appraiser. Outside of professional responsibilities, he supports Moltke Alumni and Universität Wuppertal alumni activities. He also assists a charity, Spielplatzpaten Krefeld, and aids Filipino orphans. In other pursuits, Stefan Erdtmann remains active in the German American Chamber of Commerce and enjoys horse racing and dressage.
