Stephen Adéyemí Folárànmí, is an artist and a lecturer at Obáfémi Awólówò University, Ilé-Ifè since 2002 where he teaches drawing, painting and mural decoration in the Department of Fine and Applied Arts. he has participated in several exhibitions in Nigeria, London and Germany. He is regular face at the Harmattan Workshop organized annually by the Bruce Onobrakpeya Foundation (and Ford Foundation) at the Niger Delta Cultural Centre in Agbarha-Otor Delta State, Nigeria. Stephens articles on art related studies have been published in journals, conference proceedings and chapters in books. He is presently in Hochschule Vechta, Germany as a Guest Lecturer for the Hoffmann Dozentur fur Intercultural Competence 2008/2009.
