A real estate investor and entrepreneur, Steve Khoshabe is the co-founder and Managing Director of Speedwagon Properties, a private Chicago-based real estate investment firm. Speedwagon Properties uses creative liquidity solutions to acquire real estate assets in select markets in the United States. Through its unique acquisition strategy, Steve Khoshabe’s business makes liquidity simpler for real estate developers, banks, insurance companies, and other sellers.

Steve Khoshabe commenced a 12-year career in the mortgage industry with United Financial. While at United Financial, Steve Khoshabe grew the company from a small organization into one of the nation’s top 40 mortgage lenders.

In 2005, Steve Khoshabe sold United Financial to a hedge fund. With decades of experience as a real estate professional and entrepreneur, Steve Khoshabe serves as both the Managing Director of Speedwagon Properties and an Adjunct Professor of Economics in Loyola University Chicago’s Graduate School of Business.
