A self-made business executive with more than 30 years of relevant experience, Steve Thull imbues his work as Senior Vice President of Corporate Alliances at Wyndham Vacation Ownership with an impeccable work ethic. Demonstrating his superior potential early on, Steve Thull began his career as a sales and factory representative for an equipment manufacturing firm in Kansas. During this time, Steve Thull gained an intimate understanding of sales and honed his skills in this area. Steve Thull would soon establish a Cadillac, Chevrolet, and Oldsmobile dealership in the central Kansas region, becoming one of the youngest General Motors dealers in the U.S..

In June 1987, Steve Thull took on a sales position at Wyndham Worldwide in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, in which he focused his attention on the company’s sales efforts in the Western United States. As a result of his performance, Steve Thull earned a succession of promotions through the areas of sales management, business development, and other verticals over the next several years. Notably, Steve Thull helped establish a long-running partnership between Wyndham Vacation Ownership and Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. casino chain in 1999, which currently enjoys more than $1 billion in sales revenues. In addition, Steve Thull laid the foundation for an alliance between the Outrigger Enterprises Group in the Pacific and Wyndham Vacation Ownership; a partnership resulting in revenues of $600 million for his company.

Over the course of his tenure with Wyndham Worldwide, Steve Thull has won numerous honors for his work, including the Gold and Silver Awards from the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). A member of ARDA and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Steve Thull maintains involvement and shares knowledge with other professionals in the industry. A ranch owner as well, Steve Thull owns and operates Pagosa Land and Cattle Company in Pagosa Springs, where he sells ranch bred cattle horses and raises Timothy Hay.
