A graduate of the California Western School of Law, licensed attorney Steven R. Liss has practiced out of the San Diego area for more than 20 years. Specializing in the multi-faceted family law field, Steven Liss focuses his practice in the areas of divorce, adoption, assisted reproduction, special education, and juvenile dependency law. In each of these areas, Steven Liss demonstrates a significant level of expertise and shows a strong commitment to meeting his clients’ interests. Committed to staying on top of all family law trends, Steven Liss maintains connections to a number of organizations related to adoption, assisted reproduction, divorce, and more. Some of the organizations Steven Liss supports include Adoptive Families of America, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, and the Organization of Parents Through Surrogacy. Steven Liss is also active in the San Diego-based nonprofit organization Kids’ Turn, which provides emotional support for children experiencing parental separation. Professionally, Steven R. Liss maintains membership in the California State Bar, the San Diego County Bar, and the American Bar Association. As part of his work within the latter organization, Steven Liss serves in both the family law section and probate section of the ABA. Steven R. Liss makes his home in the San Diego area. When he is not working, Mr. Liss enjoys spending time with his kids and staying fit by jogging and playing baseball. Steven Liss also enjoys giving back to his community by donating to the American Red Cross and the United Jewish Federation.
