new to bigsightSince receiving his Master of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, professional life coach Stevens Peirsol has consulted with clients and individuals, as well as publicly and privately held corporations and nonprofit organizations throughout the southeastern United States. As a Doctor of Psychology, Stevens Peirsol is passionate about helping others to accept change and more effectively interrelate with others to improve one’s quality of life both personally and professionally. Such ongoing dedication to both his clients and continued research and development in the field of psychology, theology, and organizational change has lead to Peirsol being a much sought-after consultant. Dr. Stevens Peirsol specializes in emotional health coaching for personal, professional, and organizational life development and transition. By utilizing and implementing psychoanalytical and theological concepts and insights, Dr. Peirsol increases personal and public awareness through education and consultation. Over the course of his more than 20-year career, Stevens Peirsol has advanced this integrative approach and expertise to the development and implementation of applicable day-to-day practical skills by conducting private and group consultations, as well as ongoing educational lectures, workshops and seminars throughout the eastern United States. Prior to life coaching full-time, Dr. Stevens Peirsol’s occupation had been functioning solely as the Founder and Clinical Director of The Wellspring Institute of Central Florida, established in 1987, by providing comprehensive emotional health services, managing a wellness and healing center for an innumerable amount of individuals, groups, and family systems facing difficult life changes. Subsequently, Peirsol followed his Doctor of Psychology degree to its completion through the Graduate Theological Foundation in affiliation with the University of Oxford, before which, Dr. Peirsol attended multiple higher education institutions. Peirsol began his academic career at Furman University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology with an emphasis in Business. Between 1986 and 1988, the aspiring practitioner pursued his graduate degree at Nova Southeastern University, during which time he had founded the Wellspring Institute. In 1989, Peirsol’s acumen achieved him scholarship funding from The Divinity School at Vanderbilt University, which ranked number three in the nation amongst Yale and Harvard, respectively. Following his theological studies at Vanderbilt, Stevens Peirsol once again became a graduate student at Nova Southeastern University, this time to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration, before eventually becoming the product of one of the world’s most celebrated schools: Oxford University.
