Svitlana Kobzar. BA (Hons) Alma College, Michigan, MPhil Cambridge. A Gates Scholar at Cambridge University, Svitlana is a graduate member of Wolfson College. Her doctoral research concerns the effect of the European Union upon reforms in her native Ukraine, which she left at the age of sixteen when she won a Future Leaders Exchange Scholarship to study in the US. She has worked at the Harvard Ukrainian Summer Institute and founded the Ukrainian Service Vision Program to award American students scholarships to work and study in her home country.
