A corporate finance professional serving the telecomm industry in Warren, New Jersey, Theodore Spitaletto has served as a member of CommScope, Inc.’s Andrew Corporation Division since 2008. A certified Administrator of Cognos Finance, Theodore Spitaletto has experience using Cognos PowerPlay, Oracle Hyperion Financial Management Oracle General Ledger system, VLookup, SAP, Oracle Hyperion Enterprise, the Pivot Table, SumIf, and Edit functions in Microsoft Excel, as well as popular software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Windows. Prior to joining CommScope, Theodore Spitaletto held the position of Senior Financial Accountant and Analyst for Toshiba America Consumer Products, LLC in Wayne, New Jersey. Working with external auditors, Mr. Spitaletto aided in the completion of the company’s year-end audit. A former Controller for Revenue Reporting for several years, Theodore Spitaletto worked with Integra LifeSciences Corporation in Plainsboro, New Jersey. Responsible for the management and presentation of profit and loss reports to the company executives, Mr. Spitaletto additionally managed the commissions for a global sales force, the monthly distribution of foreign exchange rates, and worked with Sales and Marketing to perform new product price analysis. Mr. Spitaletto attended Kean University in Union, New Jersey, where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Building on his academic achievement, he then completed a Master of Science in Finance with the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in 1997. Theodore Spitaletto supports Princeton Presbyterian Church, the NJIT, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
