Timothy Lynskey sits as chairman of the Board of Directors for the annual New York City building construction industry’s Cardinals Dinner, which raises money for challenged children for the John Cardinal O’Connor School in Irvington, New York, to assure children get special help and receive a Catholic education.

Timothy Lynskey is committed to building high quality housing for low-income, disabled, and formerly homeless New Yorkers as they work to rebuild their lives. He also promotes successful prisoner re-entry training programs by hiring individuals who have had a hard time finding work, providing on-site training, and giving them the opportunity to give back to their communities. Timothy Lynskey provides medical benefits for them as well, and sponsors these men and women into several different unions throughout the building trades of New York City. An avid sports fan, Timothy Lynskey donates a lot of his time to coaching for the Richmond Boro Plainsmen Youth Football program, part of the New Jersey Suburban Youth Football League, coaching more than 140 kids from ages 8 to 14. Timothy Lynskey focuses on improving the god given talents within these inner city children. He also assists the the Moore Catholic High School Football Organization. This is his true passion in life. He sponsors and pays for several children to play football and get a Catholic education. Timothy Lynskey has become a mentor to many of these children, providing them guidance and emotional support by being an avid listener. Volunteering his time to help keep these boys out of trouble and out of harm’s way is done with pride and sincere concern for their well-being. His coaching skills are second to none amongst his peers.
