He further shows he cares about the world around him by being actively involved in the management of one of his family’s most prominent companies: Pure Soil Technologies. Founded in 1991, Pure Soil Technologies is New Jersey’s leading recycling company for contaminated soil, and it recycles broken concrete, broken asphalt, brick, rock, and block. As the Vice President, T.J. Earle is in charge of developing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing product quality, performing market analysis, and cost reporting and trending, in addition to the day to day responsibilities of running a business. The energy T.J. has poured into his company resulted in significant sales increases.

As if being the Vice President of one company was not enough, T.J. Earle is also the Vice President of the Earle family’s first business, The Earle Companies. Founded in 1968, The Earle Companies handles public and private road construction jobs and performs tasks such as grading, milling, paving, and drainage. T.J.’s work at The Earle Companies has led to a significant sales increase over the course of 10 years, as well as several prestigious national and state awards, including the National Ecological Award for Best Facility. Additionally, Mr. T.J. Earle serves as Treasurer of the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association (NJAPA), an organization that is working to ensure that hot mix asphalt (HMA) stays the pavement of choice in New Jersey. T.J. Earle is also an Executive Committee Member of the National Asphalt Pavement Association, a trade association that represents the interest of HMA producers and users on a national level.
