A detail-oriented executive with 19 years of experience at automotive-parts, metal, tool-manufacturing, and private-equity companies, Todd Latouf is currently the Operating Partner of Kamylon Capital, LLC, a private-equity firm that acquires companies ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in revenue. As Operating Partner, Todd Latouf is responsible for assessing the overall value of potential acquisitions, negotiating purchase terms with chief executives and private-equity investors to ensure that all business needs and goals are met. Todd Latouf’s role at Kamylon Capital, LLC also includes frequent collaboration with its affiliate bank, which administers investment capital of over $22 billion. Prior to his work at Kamylon Capital, LLC, Todd Latouf held a similar position as founder and President of EW Industrial, LLC, where he focused on acquiring top-tier manufacturing facilities of automotive parts with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $59 billion.

Before joining the private-equity sphere, Todd Latouf worked as President and Chief Restructuring Officer of Hallmark Technologies Inc., a tool and injection-mold manufacturer based in Windsor, Ontario and Sterling Heights, Michigan. Tasked with saving the company from bankruptcy, Todd Latouf worked to improve product quality, restructure Hallmark Technologies Inc.’s organizational management, and improve vendor costs and payment terms. Todd Latouf decreased costs by 15 percent while boosting production rates by 25 percent, and saved approximately $1.2 million through his management techniques. Todd Latouf was responsible for Hallmark Technology Inc.’s 2006 ascent to the rank of preferred tooling organization for Toyota Motor North America, Inc. and also established a Chinese operation that prompted Newell Rubbermaid Inc. to select Hallmark Technologies Inc. as its top tooling supplier, generating incremental annual sales of $20 million.

A graduate of the University of Windsor and Warren National University, where he received degrees in Geography and Mechanical Engineering, Todd Latouf is currently in the process of earning his M.B.A. from Aspen University, which he plans to complete in 2011.
