A native of Seattle, Washington, Todd Petrich and his wife Aracely have lived in Chicago, Illinois, since 2007. Mr. Petrich serves as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at local accounting firm Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams Ltd., and he and his wife were recently featured by MSN Fitbie for their success in losing weight and improving their lifestyle. Lovers of good food, Todd Petrich found the traditional Chicago diet had an adverse effect on his waistline. Seeking to reverse the trend, Mr. Petrich and his wife adopted lifestyle modification tips based on increased exercise and an improved diet. Working with a dietitian, the couple lost 68 pounds collectively and shared their experience with MSN in order to motivate others. Professionally, Todd Petrich prepares tax, fiduciary, and regulatory financial statements for individuals and companies. He began working with Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams as an intern in 2007 and quickly earned a promotion to a full-time position. Mr. Petrich works with both individuals and businesses. His qualifications include two Master of Science degrees in accounting subjects as well as the highly respected CPA designation. Todd Petrich holds memberships with several professional organizations, including the Illinois CPA Society, the Chicago Tax Club, and the Young CPA Network. He also belongs to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Petrich volunteers his time to assist military servicemen with tax preparation, and he also donates to Gilda’s Club, an international cancer support network. In his spare time, Todd Petrich enjoys golfing, listening to music, and sailing.
