Toneata Martocchio is a prominent attorney residing in Northern California. Martocchio first received her BA in Political Science from San Francisco State University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. While pursuing her undergraduate studies, she received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. After graduating, she further pursued her studies by attending the prestigious Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, where she earned her Juris Doctor. After passing the bar, Martocchio went on to become an associate attorney at Gassett, Perry and Frank, where she managed more than 50 files, researched and drafted briefs and motions; appeared in court, met with clients, insurers and opposing counsel, as well as prevailed on numerous discovery motions and demurrers. In 1990, Toneata Martocchio opened up her own law firm, where she was able to handle all legal matters as well as managed all administrative affairs of the firm. She primarily worked with personal injury, real estate, and business litigation cases. Ms. Martocchio was very successful in her private practice since she was able to secure numerous favorable settlements and arbitrations awards for her plaintiffs. In 1994, Martocchio associated with the law office of Randy Thomas as a part time associate attorney. At this firm, Ms. Martocchio’s main roles were to oversee all aspects of both criminal and civil litigations. She also made appearances on motions, discovery, depositions, pre-trial conferences, arraignments, hearings, and an early mediation in an acrimonious dissolution which inevitably settled the case. In 1991, Toneata Martocchio decided to take on a new direction in her professional career. She became the sole proprietor of Parkview Properties, where she acquires, rehabilitates, manages, and sells commercial and residential properties in the greater Bay Area.
