MSc Energy Finance Candidate and Relationship Manager, Fidelity

Tonna is a post graduate student at the Center for Energy Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee. He obtained his first degree in finance from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka graduating with an Upper Second Class degree (2.1). Presently working as a relationship manager with Fidelity, one of the leading financial service providers in Nigeria, he also has experience working as an investment and pension fund banker having pioneered one of the debut branches of the firm.

He has interest in project finance as it relates to oil and gas, power and infrastructure projects. Present interests include the emergence of the Equator principles as it relates to project finance; the African Finance Corporation and West African IPP Projects; Private Equity and M&A. Tonna is the founder of Nigerian Oil and Gas Club, UK and was formerly editor-in-chief of Press Club, Enugu. His research interest are in African Energy and Investment Relations.
