A long-time resident of Southern California, Tyna Degenhardt graduated from Huntington Beach High School and still lives in Orange County today. Putting to use her familiarity with Southern California, Tyna Degenhardt become involved in the real estate industry as an Appraiser. Her first position was at The Home Savings and Loan Company, where she performed estimates for single family and multi-family units. Showing an early talent for this line of work, Tyna Degenhardt drew the attention of her superiors and earned promotions to the jobs of Appraisal Auditor and Appraisal Manger. Her career path lead her to Bank of America Corporation, where she performed appraisals for a variety of different kinds of residential units. After Bank of America, Tyna Degenhardt accepted a position as an Appraiser at Pacific First Bank. Here, Tyna Degenhardt took on new duties that included reviewing the in-house and field work of other staff in the company. Maintaining this momentum, Tyna Degenhardt pushed her career to a higher level as an Appraisal Manager for Home Savings of America in Newport Beach. Having developed a reputation for expert work through her past positions, Tyna Degenhardt monitored the quality compliance of the staff’s work and scheduled the delivery of reports. In 1999, Tyna Degenhardt joined Advisory Services Group as a Senior Appraiser in Hermosa Beach, California, serving the company until 2008. Outside of her appraisal career, Tyna Degenhardt maintains interests in politics and promotes the well being of her community, and she supports the anti-poverty group More Than a Meal.
