Victoria is a litigation associate at the law firm of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP. Previously, she was a law clerk to the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and to the Honorable William B. Shubb of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.

Victoria earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was Executive Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation and Notes Editor of the Yale Law Journal. During the summer of 2008, she was a summer associate in the San Francisco office of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP. She also worked as a law clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut in 2007.

Victoria graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in political science and economics, and was awarded the UCLA Alumni Association’s Distinguished Senior Award.
