With the guidance of former United States Congressman Curt Weldon, who contributes his expertise to the charity as its Director and Foreign Affairs Advisor, the Victorino Noval Foundation has successfully sponsored such events as the 2010 Spark of Love Toy Drive hosted collaboratively with the Children’s Trust Fund in Beverly Hills, California.
