Based in Vancouver, Canada, Virata Gamany contributes regularly to Vision Investment Properties as the firm’s Managing Director for Asia. His excellence in education and his professional experience around the world have given him a broad skill set that supports him in his endeavors.

A real estate investment specialist, Virata Gamany attended the University of Toronto, where he earned second place in the Rotman MBA School of Business trading competition. In addition, Mr. Gamany studied at the School of Law at the University of London, where he graduated with honors.

A self-identified social entrepreneur, Mr. Gamany believes his work as a business leader and financial professional encompasses more than making money. In lieu of traditional retirement, he has expressed interest in increasing his community service efforts.

Professionally, Virata Gamany has contributed to companies around the world. Working for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) in Toronto, Mr. Gamany managed financial and accounting projects with high-profile real estate investment firms Realstar and Oxford Properties Group. While serving PWC in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, he advised a think tank called the National Economic Advisory Council regarding the liberalization of telecommunications. At Vision Investment Properties, Mr. Gamany led the company’s expansion into Asia and oversaw the Investor Relations team.

When not working, Virata Gamany participates in a variety of activities, including practicing Muay Thai, salsa dancing, and spending time outdoors.
