Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cinco Resources, Inc. Wayne Stoltenberg leverages 15 years of experience in the investment banking industry to oversee the financial operations of the Dallas-based gas and oil exploration and production business. Prior to joining Cinco Resources, Inc., Wayne Stoltenberg conducted investment banking services within the upstream and coal mining industries for companies such as Credit Suisse Group AG and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc. Wayne Stoltenberg’s particular areas of expertise lie in public and private equity and debt transactions as well as mergers and acquisitions. He navigated companies such as Quicksilver Resources Inc., Massey Energy Corporation, Evergreen Resources, and 3TEC Energy Corp. through the mergers and acquisitions processes and fulfilled financial planning roles for MESA Inc. as well as ECTR. When Wayne Stoltenberg is not busy attending to his duties at Cinco Resources, Inc., he enjoys playing golf and basketball, hunting, and attending church. He serves the town of Westlake, Texas, as a member of its Planning and Zoning Commission and supports the Redeemer Church at Westlake, the Columbia University Alumni Golf Committee, and the Uganda Children’s Fund.
