Wendi Adelson is an immigration attorney currently working and living in Florida. She started her involvement with community service at age 13, when she worked to improve educational opportunities for kids in day care centers in South Florida. After a brief stint in the circus as a contortionist (no lie), she moved on to Brandeis and Cambridge Universities, and then back to Florida for law school She currently works at the Center for the Advancement of Human Rights and specializes in child advocacy, immigration law, and human trafficking (she is totally against it). Wendi is gleefully married to Danny Markel and is both a Truman and Gates Cambridge Scholar.
