While earning his Juris Doctor at the latter institution, Weyimi Ayu served as a Law Clerk at the Office of General Counsel. In this role, Weyimi Ayu participated in many legal activities that helped to shape his determination to provide his clients with the best legal representation possible, whether they are individuals working to construct or invest in real estate or multi-million dollar corporations focused on major litigation. During his third year at Howard University School of Law, Weyimi Ayu served as an Intern at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. At this global firm, Weyimi Ayu earned recognition as a proven leader and was asked to work with cases involving securities, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking regulations. Notably, Weymi Ayu provided guidance for a pro-bono RICO filing with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP acting as defendant’s counsel.
