Since graduating from Jesuit High School in Dallas, Texas, Will
participated in the US Silver Medal (1995) and US Bronze Medal (1997) Junior Olympic Teams, pitched for the Arizona Diamondbacks major league baseball team from 2000-2001, wrote for Baseball America, and earned four Master’s degrees, a Juris Doctor, and a PhD. He is currently studying for a second Doctorate in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience and a fifth Master’s degree in Nanoscale Physics, which he is due to receive in 2010.

In addition, Will has founded and served as the CEO and president of several companies. Since 2006, he has served as President and CEO of MicroTransponder, Inc. A spinoff of the University of Texas, MicroTransponder specializes in neuroprosthetics and is in the process of developing a product that is 100 times smaller than any neurostimulator available on the market today.
