Owner and Managing Partner of Investment Realty Holdings, LLCAtlanta, GeorgiaOriginally from the Netherlands, Willem Noltes currently works out of Atlanta, Georgia, having previously worked in London, England, and Houston, Texas. Noltes received his education at Utrecht University and Leiden University, where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree and a Master of Law, respectively. During his graduate studies, Willem Noltes concentrated on civil, corporate, and business law, as well as international public and private law. He also studied economics and philosophy. Willem Noltes began his professional career with the London branch of Rabobank Nederland, C.V., where he developed the aviation finance department in 1989. He reported directly to the bank’s president, and his success with the company led him to a position with Lehman Brothers International in 1991. There, Noltes acted as an Associate in the Equity Research Department and later as Vice President of the noted Equity Capital Group in the City of London. He also handled marketing and sales, as well as relationship management of multi-national clients. In 1995, Willem Noltes started his own company with a focus on alternative investment strategies in Atlanta, serving as its Managing Director until 2005. Noltes began his entrepreneurial career, successfully founding Wilken Capital Corp as a means of raising capital from financial institutions in Europe. He also served as a Board Member for Longwood Capital in Boston, MA and the Longwood Offshore Fund, listed on the Irish Stock Exchange. Today, Willem Noltes is the owner and Managing Partner for Investment Realty Holdings, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally he serves either as Managing Partner or Executive Director for a number of privately owned and managed capital investment companies and real estate Limited Partnerships.
