D. Wright Sigmund is a 2004 graduate of Washington & Lee University and is currently enrolled in a Real Estate Development MA program at College Park. In early 2006, he formed Capital Real Estate Investment Group, a subsidiary of Heady, a deleware Limited Liability Company. Capital Real Estate Investment Group, based out of Washington, D.C. with an office in New York, NY, is an international real estate investment banking firm prominent in equity and debt placement, investment sales, development advisory services and the origination of a variety of creative principal based funds.
